Our Green Pavilion is a proposal for a new entrance and community pavilion at the Garden Museum in Lambeth. The design creates a new threshold between the museum and the street, combining seating, shelter and play within the landscape of the museum gardens. Clad in terracotta and partially sunken into the site, the building helps screen the road while creating places to sit, meet and contemplate. Acting as both entrance and public space, it offers a welcoming new interface between the museum and the local community.
